Jewelry ordered through the webshop can be yours in 2-3 weeks. Our ready-to-ship items are available within 2-3 days. In the case of individual orders, the preparation time depends on the nature of the project, the process can take 4-8 weeks. As soon as the preliminary discussion has taken place, the price offer has been accepted, and the first installment has been paid, we will start the workshop and inform you about the duration of the process.  

The preparation time may vary due to the saturation characteristic of the current period and due to factors beyond our control, so we recommend that you contact us as soon as the need arises so that we can definitely plan in advance! 

Yes, it is possible to rethink and vary an existing design. You can choose the base material and gemstone as you like, in this case we can implement your idea as a CUSTOM order, according to a unique price quote. More about the custom order process HERE you can read. 

In the case of custom-made items (wedding rings, engagement rings, etc.), after a preliminary consultation, we can prepare a personalized quote, which depends on the complexity of the project, the amount of precious metal needed for the jewelry, and the type and size of the selected gemstones. Wedding ring pairs (14k gold) typically start from 500,000 HUF, engagement rings (14k gold) from 280,000 HUF (+price of selected gemstone)*. * At the world gold market exchange rate on 04/01/2025. Yes, it is possible to view and try on the jewelry and wedding ring models currently in stock in the collections in Pécs, at a pre-arranged time! Contact us HERE! 

While there are many at-home methods for measuring your ring size, the quickest and most reliable way is to have your ring measured in person at a local jewelry store or at our store to determine the size of the finger you plan to wear the ring on in the future. Alternatively, if you have a ring that is comfortable and you wear it on the same finger, measure the inside diameter of that ring with an accurate ruler or caliper and send us the measurement. Recommendations for sizing:
Our fingers are typically thinner in the cold, while they swell in the heat or after active movement, which can result in a difference of one or even two sizes. In addition, it is important to note that the right and left fingers will not always be the same size, as one of our hands is much stronger, so we recommend that you take the size in a relaxed state, at room temperature, and definitely on the finger on which you will wear the ring in the future. The right size is also influenced by the width and shape of the ring band - a smaller size may be ideal for thinner, embossed rings (comfort fit), while a larger size will be the most comfortable for wider ring shapes.

Finding the right size can be a challenge, but most rings can be resized afterwards! On the dimensions fixed in the quotation, Within six months of receipt, one subsequent size adjustment per ring is free of charge (if it can be resolved without re-manufacturing, deformation, damage to the gemstone, or re-embedding). However, it is always the customer's responsibility to judge and correctly specify the comfortable size. In case of an incorrect size, the costs incurred during the size adjustment are borne by the customer. In case of a complex shape or multiple gemstones, the size can be adjusted in the future according to the conditions agreed upon when ordering. In the case of an engagement ring, if you cannot specify a certain size, the jewelry is made in the average European women's size (52).

DoraSilagyi Jewelery offers a guarantee for one year up to HUF 10,000-100,000, 2 years for orders over HUF 100,000, and 3 years for orders over HUF 250,000. Additional warranty conditions can be found in the General Terms and Conditions. In our Jewelery care section, you can read about our advice on wearing and storing jewelery in order to keep it in its original condition for as long as possible.

For collectible and Ready-to-ship jewelry purchased in the webshop, from the date of receipt You have the right to cancel within 14 days. Please let us know your request and we will guide you through the process. We can only provide a refund for jewelry in good condition. There is no possibility of withdrawal for custom-made pieces made to a specified size. For more details, see ASZF can be found in the section on the right of withdrawal.
