Jewelry ordered through the webshop can be yours in 2-3 weeks. Our ready-to-ship items are available within 2-3 days. In the case of individual orders, the preparation time depends on the nature of the project, the process can take 4-8 weeks. As soon as the preliminary discussion has taken place, the price offer has been accepted, and the first installment has been paid, we will start the workshop and inform you about the duration of the process.  

The preparation time may vary due to the saturation characteristic of the current period and due to factors beyond our control, so we recommend that you contact us as soon as the need arises so that we can definitely plan in advance! 

Yes, it is possible to rethink and vary an existing design. You can choose the base material and gemstone as you wish, we can realize your idea as a custom order, according to a custom quote. More about the individual order process HERE you can read. 

In the case of individual jewelry, after a preliminary consultation, we can prepare a personalized price offer, which depends on the complexity of the project, the amount of precious metal to be used for the jewelry, and the type and size of selected precious stones. Pairs of wedding rings (14k gold) typically start at HUF 400,000, engagement rings (14k gold) start at HUF 230,000 (+price of selected gemstone*). * Based on world gold exchange rate as of 05/01/2024. Yes, it is possible to view and try on the jewelry and wedding ring models currently in stock in the collections in Pécs, at a pre-arranged time! Contact us HERE! 

Although there are many at-home methods for sizing, the quickest and safest way is to get sized at a local jewelry store or in person with us. Another solution, if there is a ring that is convenient, is to measure its inner diameter with an accurate ruler or caliper and send us the measured value, or send us the ring itself. If required, we can mail a ring measuring device/silver ring model. Contact us for details HERE! 

Recommendations for sizing:
Our finger is typically thinner in the cold, while it swells in the heat or after active movement, which can result in a difference of one or even two sizes. In addition, it is important to note that the right and left hand fingers are not always the same size, as one of our hands is much stronger, so we recommend that you take the size in a calm state, at room temperature, and from the finger on which you will wear the a ring. The right size is also influenced by the width of the ring rail - smaller rings with a thinner inner relief (comfort fit) will be ideal, while wider rings will be one size larger.

Determining the correct size can really be a challenge, but don't worry, that's why most rings can typically be resized afterwards! On the dimensions fixed in the quotation, after acceptance, we guarantee one subsequent modification per ring within half a year (as long as it can be solved without re-manufacturing and shape deformation, without rebooking the precious stone). The ring on the webshop can be exchanged free of charge as a return.

DoraSilagyi Jewelery offers a guarantee for one year up to HUF 10,000-100,000, 2 years for orders over HUF 100,000, and 3 years for orders over HUF 250,000. Additional warranty conditions can be found in the General Terms and Conditions. In our Jewelery care section, you can read about our advice on wearing and storing jewelery in order to keep it in its original condition for as long as possible.

In the case of jewelry ordered in the webshop, from the date of receipt You have the right to cancel within 14 days. Let us know your request and we will guide you through the process. Bespoke pieces made to individual order cannot be canceled. More details are ASZF can be found in the section related to the right of withdrawal
