From idea to implementation.
the idea
Whether you want to make a completely new piece or a design already in the collection more personal and order it in a unique design, contact us as a first step. Write an email about the idea, any questions you may have and let us know when you would like the jewelry to be ready. If required, we can arrange an online consultation appointment or a personal meeting, but it is also possible to start an order via email!
design - quotation
After discussing the basic idea and possibilities, and after agreeing on the concept and dimensions, we will send you a price offer by email. In the case of a request for a unique design, depending on the project, we can request a design fee and the price of a unique gem in advance. If you accept the price offer, after the payment of the first installment, we will start making the jewelry, which can take 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project.
consultation - trial
Every client, every project and every piece of jewelry has a different design and execution process. We try to document the work and keep in touch with you. If desired, there is also the possibility of consultations during the project, in the case of planning, to discuss the sent plans, in the case of wedding rings, to try on the jewelry and view it in person.
transfer
The 2nd installment will be paid upon completion of the piece. The jewelry will be sent to you at a final meeting, or by mail in the event of a longer distance.
