1. General Provisions
2.1. The subject of the contract is a www.dorasilagyi.hu located in the web store (hereinafter the 'Webshop'), sells the jewelry of the individual entrepreneur Dorottya Zita Szilágyi (hereinafter the 'Service'), so the online sale and purchase of all of the Service Provider's goods (hereinafter: 'Products') displayed on the website, which is created between the Service Provider and the Customer.
The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally amend the General Terms and Conditions, which must be published on its website 14 days before it enters into force.
2.2. The Service Provider hereby draws the attention of all its visitors that if they wish to continue using the website or become a consumer of the Webshop through the website, they should carefully read the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: General Terms and Conditions) and the Privacy Policy. Furthermore, you should only continue to use the Webshop and only order the Service Provider's products if you agree with all points of the General Terms and Conditions and consider them to be binding on you, as well as if you have understood and accepted the Data Protection Policy.
2.3. Considering that the effective Civil Code 6:78. 2.5. The prices indicated next to the products in the Webshop are in HUF and are tax-free (AAM). The price of the products does not include the shipping cost. No separate packaging costs will be charged. The detailed delivery tariff is part of these terms and conditions, detailed under the Delivery/Receipt menu item.
2.6. The approval of a parent or legal representative is required for purchases by persons with limited mobility (visitors between the ages of 14 and 18). Incapacitated users (children under the age of 14) can be replaced by a parent or legal representative! By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the Customer declares that he is of legal age.
2.7. A contract created electronically on the basis of these terms and conditions is not considered a written contract, therefore it will not be filed and will not be accessible on paper afterwards. The language of the contract is Hungarian.

3. Range of products and services available for purchase
3.1 The Webshop sells and distributes jewelry manufactured by the Service Provider. You can find out the properties and characteristics of the Products on the page corresponding to the product. Product data and characteristics in accordance with legal regulations:

3.2 The jewelry sold in the Webshop is made individually, by hand, so it may differ slightly from the pieces recorded in the photos, and due to the screen properties and settings of various technical devices, the colors of the products may differ slightly from those shown in the photo. The Service Provider is not responsible for the difference between the displayed image and the actual appearance of the product. Minor deviations do not mean non-contractual performance on the part of the Service Provider, therefore a warranty claim or the legal consequences of breach of contract cannot be asserted.
All jewelry is made individually after payment, which takes 10-15 calendar days. Delivery will be made after this time interval.
3.3. If the Service Provider displays an incorrect price next to the product, despite the care expected from him, and the price of the product differs from its generally accepted price, the Webshop is not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price, but is obliged to offer the customer the real price in the confirmation of the order the possibility of purchasing at a price. If the buyer does not wish to use this option, he has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract.
4. Purchase - order processing - invoicing
1.1 The Buyer has the opportunity to use the Webshop, choose from the store's products and make purchases without registration. By clicking on the selected product, the Buyer can view its detailed description. If you intend to buy, you place the product you want to buy in a virtual basket by pressing the "Add to Cart" button. By clicking the Cart button, you will find the products placed in the cart during the purchase, as well as the total amount of the invoice, including any shipping costs. Here you can check the correctness of your order, you can make changes to the contents, quantities and selected attributes of the Basket. The cart automatically calculates the total amount of the order, and by selecting the delivery method, the delivery fee is also added.
If you are convinced of the details of your order, click on the 'Checkout' button to finalize your order. Enter your billing and shipping address. In the next step, choose the delivery method that suits you, as well as the payment method. If you agree with the content of the order, then the order

1.2 When ordering, the Buyer can choose from the following payment methods:

1.3 Your order will be finalized by accepting the Privacy Policy and the General Terms and Conditions. After that, you will receive an automatic confirmation email within 48 hours to the specified address.
After that, the invoice - which is subject to tax - is always issued by the Service Provider and forwarded to the customer, to the email address provided at the time of ordering. The payment deadline is 3 days after the invoice is issued and forwarded. After the payment of the invoice, the creation of the jewelry begins, which takes 10-15 days.
1.4 The order is considered a contract concluded electronically, which is governed by Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society. are governed by the law. The contract falls under the scope of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between the consumer and the business, and takes into account the provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights.
1.5 The Service Provider reserves the right to partially or completely reject orders that have already been confirmed without justification, in which case it is obliged to refund the amount paid by the Customer immediately, but no later than within thirty days.
5. Delivery / Receipt
1.1 The prices of the Products are in HUF and are tax-free, but do not include the cost of home delivery. No separate packaging costs will be charged. All jewelry is made individually, after payment, it takes 10-15 working days. The jewelry will then be delivered. If several products are ordered, they are made in parallel at the same time.
1.2 Delivery / Pick-up options, fees:
- Foxpost parcel machine / from Foxpost machine to machine domestically HUF 1,100 In case of delivery to the parcel machine, you must select the desired pick-up point, then enter your phone number, name and e-mail address. If you are not buying as an individual, also your company name and billing address.
After an unsuccessful delivery, the ordered product is first returned to the Foxpost warehouse, where due to the increased number of packages, it may take weeks for the package to be returned to the Service Provider. In this case, the Service Provider is not obliged to guarantee the time of the next delivery. The Service Provider can only carry out repeated deliveries against payment. In the case of returned packages that have not been received, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. If the package is returned due to the failure of delivery, the Service Provider is not responsible for delayed delivery.

In the case of home delivery, in addition to your personal data, you must provide your phone number, name, and e-mail address. If you are not buying as an individual, your company name, billing address, and delivery address, if it is not the same as the billing address.
Delivery packages are delivered between 8 am and 6 pm to the specified delivery address. Please note that we cannot tell in advance exactly when the couriers will deliver to your area, this
it is already the responsibility of the shipping companies. If neither you nor any of your family members are at home, enter an address where you can receive the package within the specified delivery time interval (e.g. your workplace). In case of unsuccessful delivery, it is possible that you will not receive the order on the next working day, but at a time agreed in advance with the courier.
If the package is returned due to the failure of delivery, the Service Provider is not responsible for delayed delivery. In the case of returned packages that have not been received, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
- Studio Pick-up: Personal pick-up is possible at a pre-arranged time, in Pécs.
- The shipping cost of orders placed from abroad are calculated based on the timely shipping costs of the GLS courier service.
1.3 If the Service Provider cannot fulfill its delivery obligation (21st day from the payment of the order), it is obliged to inform the Buyer about this. It is possible to agree on a later delivery date, but if the Buyer does not request this, he is obliged to refund the amount paid by the Buyer immediately, but no later than within thirty days.
6. Right of Withdrawal
1.1 In the case of a contract concluded by a consumer, the Customer - on the detailed rules of contracts between the consumer and the company 45/2014. (II.26.) In accordance with the provisions contained in § 20 of the Government Decree, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, you are entitled to cancel an order placed on the Webshop without giving reasons, if you can return the ordered Product(s) undamaged and in their original packaging to the Service Provider . In this case, the purchase price paid for the product will be refunded to the customer, no later than thirty days after the product has been returned. The refund does not apply to the shipping cost, and the cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. Regarding matters not regulated in this document, the information provided by the consumer protection supervision is valid.
1.2 PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE

1.4 In the case of a bespoke order, cancellation is not possible.
7. Warranty (Guarantee)
1.1 Depending on the price, the Service Provider provides a one-, two- or three-year guarantee, i.e. warranty, for its jewelry. The warranty period is in accordance with Art. 151/2003. (IX. 22.) Based on government decree:
- the) One year in the case of a sale price of HUF 10,000 but not exceeding HUF 100,000, b) two years in the case of a sale price exceeding HUF 100,000 but not exceeding HUF 250,000, c) Three years above the sale price of HUF 250,000.
1.2 Any defect resulting from a manufacturing defect of the product is considered a warranty defect. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the Buyer, natural damage resulting from wear, quality loss (e.g. scratches, wear of the surface, loss of texture).
The warranty does not apply to a product that is not used as intended - i.e. in the case of use other than as described in the 'Jewellery Care' of the product care guide. The cost of resizing finished jewelry to the inaccurately specified ring size is borne by the Buyer.
1.4 The Service Provider will repair the product with a quality complaint (during the warranty period) within 30 days if the defect can be repaired. Otherwise, the turn will be changed. In the case of a bespoke order, no exchange is possible.

8. Miscellaneous Provisions
1.1 If any part of these GTC becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining parts.
1.2 If the Service Provider does not exercise its right under the GTC, the failure to exercise the right cannot be considered a waiver of the given right. A waiver of any right is only valid if expressly stated in writing. The fact that the Company does not strictly adhere to an essential condition or stipulation of the General Terms and Conditions on one occasion does not mean that it waives its obligation to strictly adhere to the given condition or stipulation in the future.
1.3 Purchasing via the Webshop assumes the Buyer's knowledge and acceptance of the possibilities and limitations of the Internet. The Customer acknowledges that he/she must assess the possible risks associated with browsing and shopping, and that he/she must ensure the safe use of his/her computer and the protection of the data stored on it.
The Service Provider is not responsible for damages resulting from force majeure or other events beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the use of the website or malfunctions, changes to data by anyone, delays in information transmission, viruses, software errors , for damages resulting from an error in the internet network, other technical errors, line or system errors.
1.5. The Service Provider bears no responsibility if delivery delays or other problems occur due to inaccurate data provided by the Customer during delivery.
1.6 The Company and the Customer try to settle their disputes amicably.
9. Complaint handling
1.1 The aim of the Service Provider is to complete all orders with adequate quality and to the full satisfaction of the Customer. 1.2 The Service Provider is obliged to examine the customer's complaint within 30 days and to inform the Customer in writing of its result and the legal remedies. He will keep a copy of the answer for 3 years and present it to the inspection authorities upon their request.
1.3 The Service Provider examines the verbal complaint immediately and remedies it as necessary. If the Customer does not agree with the handling of the complaint, the Service Provider will immediately record the complaint and its position on it and hand over a copy of it to the Customer. If it is not possible to immediately investigate the complaint, the Service Provider will record the complaint and hand over a copy of it to the Customer.
10. Copyrights
LXXVI of 1999 pursuant to Section 1 (1) of the Act, the website and its contents (jewellery offered for sale, photos taken of them, individually designed packaging for the jewelery and other graphic works) it is considered a work of authorship, so all its parts are protected by copyright. It is forbidden to copy the products in the Webshop, use images, use solutions without permission, or use any application that can be used to modify the website or any part of it. It is forbidden to take any material from the website, or only with the written consent of the right holder, only by referring to the website and indicating the source.
